These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SR White Glove's website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
SR White Glove provides receiving, warehousing, storage, delivery, installation, and related white glove logistics services for interior designers, homeowners, and builders/contractors in the Hood River, OR area and surrounding region.
All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed upon inquiry and mutual agreement.
Service bookings are confirmed once both parties have agreed on scope, timing, and pricing. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will communicate any applicable fees at the time of booking confirmation.
SR White Glove will inspect items upon receipt for visible damage. We will document and promptly notify you of any damage identified at the time of delivery. Our liability is limited to damage that occurs while items are in our care and custody.

Items stored with SR White Glove are held in a climate-controlled facility. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your items, SR White Glove is not liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, theft, or flooding.
We recommend that clients maintain appropriate insurance coverage for high-value items while in storage. Storage terms, duration, and fees are confirmed at the time of booking.
SR White Glove offers sit test and full-room mockup services to help clients assess comfort and layout prior to installation. These sessions are facilitated by SR White Glove staff as a convenience service.
SR White Glove is not responsible for client decisions made following a sit test or mockup, including decisions to proceed with or return items. Returns and exchanges are managed directly between the client and the relevant vendor or retailer. SR White Glove does not facilitate returns or process refunds on behalf of vendors.
SR White Glove will coordinate delivery and installation according to the agreed schedule. Clients are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible and prepared for receipt of items. Any delays caused by inaccessible spaces, incomplete site preparation, or client schedule changes may result in additional fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR White Glove's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SR White Glove and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hood River County, Oregon.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
